It Begins

The global experience adventure to Tokyo began very early on Monday the 2^nd of December 2013, where the majority of the group congregated at Coventry train station to begin the lengthy journey to Tokyo. From Coventry we travelled to Birmingham international train station and then further caught a shuttle to the airport. This is where we were joined by the remainder of the group to check in. After waiting for a straggler we hot footed it through security and to the boarding gate. The first flight from Birmingham international to Zurich was exciting yet cramped, as I was sat in-between two men that I didn’t know, however this 2hour flight passed by very quickly. There was only a short period of time between the connecting flights; however we still had to go through security check again even though we hadn’t left the airport. On the way from Zurich to Narita international airport the flight was rather lengthier; my time was filled by watching the Swiss Alps and watching movies.  The air hostess on Swiss air were very helpful and polite, I wouldn’t mind flying with them again.
